Join the Woodpecker Shed for a creative morning making Festive Origami. Come and escape the pre-Christmas rush whilst learning the Japanese art of paper-folding. This relaxing and traditional technique dates back several hundred years and is often used in ceremonial settings but is also a decorative art that lends itself perfectly to the festive season! Take away your paper creations and decorate your home for your celebrations. We will also learn how to embrace the art of paper-folding to upgrade your gift-wrapping skills! Tea, coffee and festive snacks will be available. The Woodpecker Shed works in all sorts of media exploring traditional techniques involving paper, ink, and textiles and has been running workshops for 15 years.
