Come join for a relaxing sound healing under the trees. Let's celebrate with vibrational healing sounds the beautiful garden and changing of the seasons.
Sound Baths are relaxing, healing, good for releasing stress and anxiety, calming the nervous system and brings peace to your mind body and spirit. So after an hour you can feel fresh and rejuvenated again!
It is preferable to lie down. But there are benches to sit on too. Bring a yoga mat or something to lie on. And also cushions and blankets for comfort.
The sound healing will start and finish with a guided meditation. The session is 95 minutes. With an extra 15 mins if you want to take some more time to reflect or ask me any questions after.
