Sound Healing

Join us for a Sound Healing session Friday 5th September at 2pm with Fiona Gulec.

Fiona Gulec is a practising Sound Healer, Reiki Master Practitioner and teacher of Reiki and Art. She has performed, shared and healed with her sound healing across a wide variety of venues and locations, for many years to many people.

She adapts her sound healing sessions each and every time for the people who attend. As a reiki practitioner she is able to let the sound flow from the instruments and channel healing through the composition of music that ensues. It creates a unique experience for every individual who attends.

Fiona brings her sound healing sessions to individual groups to support mental health, work environments as part of mindfulness and self care initiatives, retreats, collaborations for wellness days, as well as to her weekly morning and evening restorative Sound Bath sessions.
