Wire Summer Flowers

Class description

Join tutor Anne Solomon of AS Craftwork for a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to craft beautiful 3-D wire flowers, inspired by the sunflower, echinacea, dandelion and lavender. Standing 60-70cm tall, your unique creations will look stunning in a vase. Suitable for those with nimble fingers and some experience of practical crafts, you will learn how to use various weights of wire, different tools and techniques to develop your own botanical style. Includes all tools and materials along with tea, coffee and cake. The workshop is designed for adults but if you wish to bring an older teenager, please get in touch as we’d love to accommodate you if we can. Feel free to bring your own packed lunch or pop across to The Garden Cafe (opposite) or The Bell Pub (5-minute walk) afterwards.
