Needle Felted Blue Tit Workshop | 4 hours | £45 Learn how to create an adorable blue tit out of a scrap wool. Discover the joy of needle-felting and the magic of bringing wool back to life, one stab at a time. Guided step-by-step, you’ll first learn how to transform a piece of wire into bird legs and then discover the techniques needed to shape, sculpt and add character to your woolly creation, leaving with a finished blue tit and the skills to continue the tactile and relaxing craft of felting at home. The 4 hour workshop is £45 per person and includes all tuition, materials (wool, wire and glass eyes), and plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. Suitable for beginners. You will take home a small, standing blue tit, which will look adorable perching in your home. The workshop is facilitated by Susan Hunt. Having spent decades teaching IT she now finds joy in teaching needle-sticking rather than keyboard-clicking.
