Foraging Basket Workshop

Wednesday 20th May 2026 £105 | 10am – 5pm Learn the traditional craft of stake and strand basket making and weave your own round foraging basket from natural willow. Ideal for gathering berries, vegetables or simply storing treasured items at home, this is a practical and rewarding introduction to classic basketry skills. You’ll be guided through each stage of the process in a relaxed and supportive environment, making this course perfect for beginners. By the end of the day, you’ll have a strong, usable basket and a real sense of achievement. All materials are provided. Tea, coffee and biscuits are included. Please bring a packed lunch for the day.
