We take our mind here, there and everywhere. Do you agree? How much attention do we truly give it? The mind is not a spare wheel we can pick up when we become ill or suffer from anxiety, stress or overload. Join our Mindfulness Mentor Devi Sohanta and discover how to open up the relationship between the mind and body. Deepen your understanding of yourself, your thoughts and emotions. Support your mental and physical well-being and overcome upset, sleeplessness and trauma. Grounded in the principles of mindfulness and the science behind it, lets spend some time together and realise its transformative benefits everywhere we are and go. Time to give yourself some attention. Do you agree? Fortnightly Group sessions and meetings £15.00 each (or £13.00 for 2 people from the same family). One to one personal therapy sessions also available at £45.00 with 30 minutes free consultation.
